1. About These Terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Quantum Healing Therapies website and the services provided by Sam ("the Practitioner"). By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Offered

Sam offers complementary healing therapies including energy healing, online quantum healing, Rapid Transformational Therapy hypnotherapy, inner child healing, and bespoke Hypno-Heal recordings. Sessions are available in person (Chester, Cheshire area) and online via video call.

Important medical disclaimer:

All services are complementary therapies and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. You should continue to follow any treatment plans prescribed by your GP or medical professional. The Practitioner does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication or advise you to stop taking prescribed medication.

Results vary from person to person. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

3. Booking & Payment

• Sessions are confirmed once payment has been received in full or a valid booking has been made through our scheduling system.
• Package payments (e.g. the 3-session Seasonal package) must be paid in full before the first session unless otherwise agreed.
• Gift vouchers are paid in full at the time of purchase and are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 24-hour notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
• Late cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.
• No-shows: If you do not attend your session without notice, the full fee will be retained.
• Practitioner cancellation: In the unlikely event the Practitioner needs to cancel, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions, medications or mental health concerns before your session so the Practitioner can ensure your safety and tailor the session appropriately.
• You confirm you are 18 years of age or older, or have the written consent of a parent or guardian.
• For in-person sessions, you agree to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with no reduction in fee.

6. Online Session Terms

• Online sessions are conducted via video call (or an agreed alternative platform).
• You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for the session.
• Technical difficulties on the client's side do not entitle you to a refund, though the Practitioner will make reasonable efforts to reconnect or reschedule.

7. Bespoke Hypno-Heal Recordings

• Bespoke recordings are created for your personal use only and must not be shared, resold, distributed or published without written permission.
• Copyright and intellectual property of all recordings remain with Sam.
• Recordings are non-refundable once delivered, as they are personalised digital products.

8. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• If the chosen service costs more than the voucher value, the balance must be paid before the session.

9. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential. The Practitioner will not disclose any details to third parties except where required by law or where there is an immediate risk of harm to you or others.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Practitioner holds full professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fee paid for the specific session or service in question. The Practitioner is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
